At Xébulan, we are committed to delivering your pieces quickly, securely, and beautifully — every time. Orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or text message with tracking details. Please note that during peak seasons or in the case of carrier-related delays, shipping times may extend slightly. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship to all locations within the continental United States. Once shipped, most orders are delivered within 3 to 6 business days. Orders over $199 (before taxes and shipping fees) qualify for free standard shipping. For orders under $199, standard shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of the shipment at checkout.

Pre-Orders

Occasionally, we offer pre-orders for high-demand pieces to ensure you don't miss out. Pre-orders will be clearly identified within the product description, and processing times for these orders range between 21 to 45 days before shipment.

Expedited Shipping

If you need your order expedited for a special occasion, we may be able to accommodate your request. Please contact us at info@xebulan.com or through our Contact Us page prior to placing your order. Expedited shipping costs are billed at exact carrier rates, and we will confirm the charges with you before finalizing your shipment.

Order Tracking

You will receive tracking information once your order ships, and you can monitor your shipment at any time through our [Order Status] page. To enhance delivery security, you may request signature confirmation at checkout by noting it in the order comments. Additional fees may apply for this service.

Important Notes

Please note, Xébulan is not responsible for packages once they are marked delivered by the carrier. For added peace of mind, we encourage selecting signature confirmation, especially for high-value purchases.
