How will I know my order was received?

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.

We ship from Atlanta, Georgia.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can follow your package’s journey right from your inbox.

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of your order date. Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required to process any return. Final sale items, clearance, and gift cards are not eligible for return. Visit our Returns Page to learn more.
How long will it take for my refund to be issued?
Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund.
Can I return a gift I received that was purchased from Xébulan?
Yes, gifts may be exchanged for store credit within 30 days of the order date. The item must be unused and in original condition. Please contact us with the original order number (if available).

Standard shipping within the U.S. usually takes 3–6 business days after processing.
