Return Policy

Xebulan — also known as Xébulan LLC — is committed to making your experience feel as confident as your style. If something isn’t quite right, our return and exchange policy is designed to keep the process simple and supportive. We believe in accessible luxe without compromise — and that includes standing behind every piece we create.

 

At Xébulan, we want you to fall in love the moment you open your package. But if your order isn’t quite what you expected — whether it’s the color, the fit, or simply a change of heart — we’re here to make the return process easy and straightforward.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of your order date. Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required to process any return. Final sale items, clearance, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, simply log in to your account.  Once logged in you will see your order history.  Find the item you would like to return and follow the prompts to request return approval. If you experience any issues or have additional questions, you can also email us directly at returns@xebulan.com.

Please note: Items sent back without first initiating a return request through the Returns Center may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If you choose to use a Xébulan-provided return label, the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund once the return is processed.

In cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Xébulan will cover the cost of return shipping in full.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will either replace the item or process a refund. In some cases, we may request a photo or return of the damaged item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.  Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund.  If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at returns@xebulan.com.
